At Milano Di Rouge, we strive for excellence in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a streamlined return process for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  After our quality control team inspects your return, you will receive an electronic gift card or exchange confirmation within 5-7 business days.
